Our newly opened guest house "ST33" is a former guesthouse in an extremely quiet residential area in a nice neighborhood. There are 10 modern, well-equipped, bright and spacious single rooms in different sizes with beautiful real wood parquet on three floors.
If you will only live in Munich for a certain period of time, or if you first want to find your way around, you won't have to worry about looking for an apartment with us and you don't need to buy any extra furniture.
Just unpack your suitcase and arrive.
Room (example)
The extremely quiet rooms are almost all south-facing and have real wood parquet, soundproof windows, LCD flat screen television, fiber optic internet, box spring beds, wash basins and much more. equipped for a pleasant stay.
Workplace
Each room is equipped with a work station and a room safe, and of course you have free high-speed internet (fiber optic) at your disposal.
Box spring beds from the Franconian bed factory
The extremely comfortable box spring beds from the Fränkische Bettenfabrik are 100 x 200 cm in size and leave nothing to be desired. The mattresses were provided with a breathable allergy cover to ensure optimal sleep.
Linen is changed every 14 days or on request.
Cozy sitting area in every room
To spend relaxing hours reading a book or watching TV, we have equipped each room with a cozy seating area and a flat-screen TV.
Washing facilities in every room
Each room has its own washing facility and plenty of storage space.
The towels are changed weekly or on request.
Shower rooms and separate toilets
A modern shower room with toilet and a separate toilet are available on each of the three floors, which are shared by a maximum of four residents.
The professional cleaning service for all communal areas is of course included.

In the modern and fully equipped communal kitchen, you can cook at two workstations like at home.
Each guest has their own lockable refrigerator compartment and their own locker.
Common areas
The communal areas with kitchen and dining area offer space to exchange ideas and maybe even to cook together.

The ST33 is equipped with washing machines and dryers, which are available to residents free of charge.
